Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is within the 30-day purchase window and has not been soldered, modified, or removed from its anti-static packaging.
Obtain an RMA Number
Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and specific shipping instructions.
Package Securely
Place the items in a sturdy box with adequate padding to prevent transit damage, and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship and Track
Send your return to our Bellevue warehouse using a traceable shipping method; once received, our technicians will inspect the components and process your refund within 5 business days.
